It could also cause frying and cooking with coconut milk. Then, snacking habits, forget about breakfast, irregular eating frequency and always avoid rice.
Less use of energy. The work to be done everyday can affect a person's lifestyle. Lifestyle that uses less physical activity will affect the condition of a person's body. Physical activity is needed to burn calories in the body. When excessive intake of calories and not balanced with physical activity then one would be fat.
